All items are final sale due to sanitation and customizable options. We do not accept any returns for items.
If any item is incorrect, we must be notified within 7 business days for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is customer responsibility.
Processing time varies on items. Most handmade custom items take 4-5 weeks to ship! Certain items such as stones and tools ship within 3-5 business days.
COVID19 Delays may cause delivery times to change.
We are not responsible for custom/import charges. Although we rarely face this issue, if the situation occurs, payment is customers responsibility.
International delivery time varies due to customs clearance and/or COVID19 restrictions and delays.
