Shipping and Returns


All items are final sale due to sanitation and customizable options. We do not accept any returns for items.

If any item is incorrect, we must be notified within 5 business days for an exchange or store credit.

For any returns, shipping is customer responsibility. 

We are not responsible for damages during transit as all items are inspected and packaged in house and sent with zero damages. 



Processing time varies on items. Most handmade custom items take 4-5 weeks to ship! Certain items such as stones and tools ship within 1-5 business days. (Shipping time does not include weekends only business days)



We are not responsible for custom/import charges. Although we rarely face this issue, if the situation occurs, payment is customers responsibility. 

International delivery time varies due to customs clearance and/or restrictions and delays.
